He walked with his hands in his pockets, his eyes trained to any movement to shoot past him. At the slightest inclination one of his six would be thrown forth to battle, adding a fallen opponent to their rising numbers.

It was becoming a ritual to visit this place once a week.

His bulbasaur was growing nicely since the last visit and time and time again the walk along the fiery path did not disappoint.

Just for the sake of taking things as they came he didn't get his hopes up for anything special, he was here for a stroll really. If he came across something worth claiming...

...well, that was just par the course.

As a koffing passed by, he didn't reach for any pokéballs; empty or occupied.

Like the two Muk he'd encountered here last week, koffing were common back home he didn't feel the urge to catch one. Psychologically it was probably not catching them that allowed him to keep pretending like home was still there.

As if he could still sneak into the pokémon mansion and come across koffing and weezing and muk, grimer and ditto like it was nothing.

There was something unequivocally Cinnabar about seeing a koffing go by and not disturb it. So, being the grown up volcano spawn that he was, he continued walking hands in his pockets, and did just that.

It wasn't until Sénon saw another Charmander just barely bigger and older than Jakka that he realized he hadn't brought more than one water type with him, while bringing two fire types. Unsure of what he was thinking his brain kicked him in ass with some half-baked saying about not bringing fire-types to a house fire.

With Kiri being the water type in question it was still going to be an easy sweep. Just to make it a bit faster, he use the old bait and switch.

Honedge would attack from behind using AERIAL ACE and went the charmander went to retaliate Kiri would blast it with the 'overtried' and endlessly-true HYDRO PUMP.

Honedge used AERIAL ACE!
Charmander used DRAGON BREATH; its not very effective.
Kiri used HYDRO PUMP; its super effective!

Washed up and passed out it was taken in by red lights after being hit on the chest with a pokéball designed for non-new captures () "Welcome to the team little buddy." He spoke confidently into the ball still wobbling as he picked it up holding it in his open palm.

Crimsen attempted to capture Charmander.
